Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers and testers.
• Coordinate QA/testing across multiple software products from contractors.
• Collaborate with Government Software Lead to define test plans and strategies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and improve release efficiency.
• Analyze requirements and design detailed test cases to identify defects.
• Report quality metrics to leadership and drive process improvements.
• Lead QA retrospectives and capture lessons learned.
