Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a QA Lead to provide senior technical leadership across federal IT systems spanning development and operations. You will define test strategies, enforce RMF/NIST standards, and drive test automation within CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years QA, 5-7 in DevSecOps, experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and AWS, and can mentor a team while coordinating with government customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years QA/Test Automation Engineering experience, with 5-7 years in DevSecOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science; master’s degree preferred.
• Hands-on with modern test automation tools and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategies and integrate security tools into CI/CD while complying with RMF.
• Lead secure design, automation, and execution of CI/CD pipelines with SAST/DAST.
• Develop and execute automated testing strategies within Agile DevSecOps frameworks.
• Ensure RMF and NIST 800-53 compliance across systems.
• Mentor junior engineers on DevOps methodologies and QA practices.
• Coordinate with government customers and management to report SLA/KPI performance.
