Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Software Integration & Test Engineer to join the Launchers Engineering team, supporting Advanced Launchers and the Mk 41 VLS. You will develop test strategies, execute tests, and verify system performance across prototype, low-rate production, and fielded systems.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with Systems, Software, and multidisciplinary engineers, plus experience with DoD combat or missile launching systems is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems, Computer, or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience OR 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Understanding of Systems Engineering process, lifecycle, and test approaches.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
• Execute test events and generate testing scripts for prototype and production software.
• Author test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Perform RVTM activities and traceability.
• Analyze test data and evaluate system performance.
• Document findings and work with teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering groups.
