Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) in Moorestown, NJ, seeks a Software Integration & Test Engineer to join the Launchers Engineering team. You will develop test strategies, execute events, and verify performance across prototype and production systems for advanced missile-launching platforms.

You will collaborate with Systems, Software, and multidisciplinary teams, author test documentation, and ensure RVTM traceability while maintaining DoD clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering discipline from an accredited University.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an engineering field.
• Demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering process, lifecycle, and test approaches including test planning, execution, reporting, and requirement decomposition into test case scenarios and scripts.
• Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
• Execute test events, generate testing scripts/scenario generation, running formal engineering qualification test on prototype and production Software Programs.
• Author test plans, procedures, and test reports.
• Perform Requirements Verification and Traceability Matrix (RVTM) activities.
• Analyze test data and evaluate system and subsystem performance.
• Document test findings through problem reports.
• Partner with engineering teams to resolve requirements, design, and test issues.
