Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles-Century City office.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in Securities Litigation on the defense side at a nationally recognized law firm and be admitted to the California State Bar. Substantial knowledge of federal securities laws (the PSLRA) is required. Strong research, analysis, and writing skills are required. The estimated salary range for this role is $270,000 - $385,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
