CATHEXIS, headquartered near Tysons, VA, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the Office of the Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness portfolio. The role requires overseeing budgets, risk, and schedules while ensuring compliance with federal requirements.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Federal Government/Defense PM, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint. The position is hybrid with occasional Pentagon visits and Tysons office work.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of Federal Government/Defense PM experience.
• Experience managing programs including IDIQ and multiple task orders.
• PM Certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage tasks from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with contract scope and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status reports for timely execution.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality.
