Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an accredited engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of prior engineering experience in a DoW/defense aerospace environment.
• Manufacturing technology experience preferred.
• Active DoD clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide project engineering and coordination support for manufacturing technology initiatives and defense-related programs.
• Collaborate with Project Offices, customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing vendors to align efforts and gather data.
• Prepare and deliver program reviews, technical briefings, and progress updates using Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate technical status meetings and ensure clear communication between multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
• Manage technical reports, plans, schedules, and programmatic documentation to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Apply engineering principles to evaluate requirements, optimize processes, and assist with trade studies as needed.
