Job summary

Armada Ltd. in Camp Springs, MD, seeks a Programs & Resources Analyst to support Air National Guard budgeting, policy guidance, and resource management. You will maintain critical systems, coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative, and track actionable items across multiple programs.

The role requires 3–5 years of DoD/ANG experience, a Secret clearance, and the ability to work across large, cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position based in Maryland.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of DoD or Air National Guard programming, budgeting, manpower, or resource management support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support the Air National Guard Security Forces programming and resources branch with system access and maintenance (Envision, Power BI, Budget & Execution System, Project Data System, Checkbook).
• Develop and maintain policy guidance for manpower, funding, equipment, and technology in coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative.
• Track and administer action items for Site Activation from NGB/A8 Conversions Branch and ensure compliance with program managers.
• Provide quarterly execution analysis for manpower, funding, O&M unfunded requirements, and State Cooperative Agreement requirements.
• Coordinate with national and field stakeholders through workshops, meetings, and After-Action Reports.
