Job summary

Advantage Technical in Franklin, Massachusetts, is seeking two Operations Program Managers to lead flagship defense production programs at its Franklin facility. Each manager will serve as a central member of a dedicated Integrated Product Team, partnering with the Program Manager and leaders across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and program controls.

This role owns the connection between program commitments and manufacturing execution, including the production schedule,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational execution plan: manage build plan against the Integrated Master Schedule and production milestones.
• Drive material availability with supply chain to align material with build-need dates and long-lead procurement.
• Manage engineering changes: assess op impact of ECPs/ECOs on materials, tooling, and build sequence.
• Manage the critical path and operational risk with schedule drivers, variances, and recovery plans.
• Lead root-cause analysis and recovery with engineering and quality for nonconforming material and delays.
• Improve supplier delivery performance with corrective actions and constraint reviews.
