Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 in the Federal service with applicable duties.
• Experience applying program management to integrate scope, schedules, budgets and stakeholders.
• Developing detailed project plans with key cost, schedule and performance parameters.
• Using program management tools to track progress and evaluate effectiveness.
• Assisting in acquisition plans, source selection plans, and contractual documents.

Responsibilities

• Integrate project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Develop detailed project plans and identify key cost, schedule and performance parameters.
• Sequence events to ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Track progress, monitor work in progress, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Serve as or closely with COR, initiating acquisition and funding documents; ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
