Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, program management, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years in program/project/IT as an individual contributor; one to three years supervisory experience.
• Experience directing PMO activities and ensuring programs meet budgets and milestones.
• Experience managing contractor personnel, subcontractors, staffing, deliverables, and customer relationships.
• Ability to define and develop programs with technical leaders and government customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with program reports and executive briefings.
• Ability to lead a geographically distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractor contact with Government program authorities and representatives.
• Direct the Program Management Office and oversee contractor and subcontractor work.
• Establish authority lines, processes, and methods for tracking contract activities.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, retention, performance, and resources across locations.
• Monitor timeliness, quality, and actions; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, costs, funding, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate cross-team communication among stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Identify problems and lead corrective-action plans.
• Ensure accurate program reporting and records for contract execution.
