Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead government security services for the F-35 JPO program. You will plan, execute, monitor, and close security-related tasks, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results while maintaining strict DoD compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience, familiarity with DoD regulations, and a Top Secret clearance. Strong leadership, communication, and program governance skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in government security services.
• Experience working with the DoD and familiarity with DoD security regulations.
• Experience supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office preferred.
• Veteran of the United States Armed Forces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and communicate goals to the team.
• Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and manage costs against budget.
• Manage resources and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure QA processes and conduct reviews to address issues.
• Prepare status reports and document lessons learned.
• Lead stakeholder relationships and liaise between teams and JPO.
• Ensure compliance with government security regulations and DoD directives.
