Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or management discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with DoD procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management activities, translating customer mission objectives into product roadmaps, backlogs, capability requirements, and delivery plans.
• Oversee program execution to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, technical objectives, milestones, and priorities.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities with corrective action plans.
• Lead Agile PI planning and execution with integrated objectives and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to maintain aligned backlogs and delivery.
• Serve as the primary program interface with government customers and stakeholders.
