Job summary

The role requires strong technical leadership, program management, and experience with Agile software development and EVMS within DoD environments. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across contractors and government stakeholders to deliver on cost, schedule, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years supporting complex technical programs, engineering orgs, or defense software.
• 3+ years in program management, project leadership, CAM, or technical execution mgmt.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or software teams.
• Experience with DoD programs, government contracts, or mission-critical tech.
• Working knowledge of EVMS, cost forecasting, and schedule performance.
• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Lead product management activities translating objectives into roadmaps, backlogs, capability requirements, and delivery plans.
• Oversee program execution aligning with contractual requirements, technical objectives, and milestones.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, and cost/schedule performance to stay within objectives.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities; develop corrective actions.
• Lead PI planning and execution, define objectives, milestones, dependencies.
• Coordinate Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to maintain backlogs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across contractors to meet integrated objectives.
• Establish execution priorities and manage cross-vendor dependencies.
• Interface with government customers, providing leadership and status on execution, progress, and delivery.
• Lead customer engagements, program reviews, and technical coordination.
