Job summary

Davidson-Technologies,-Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Colorado Springs to lead planning, execution, and delivery of advanced defense technology programs, including C2, Battle Management, sensor integration, and mission-critical software efforts.

The role requires strong technical leadership, program management, and Agile experience within DoD environments, coordinating with government and industry stakeholders to ensure cost, schedule, and technical success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting complex technical programs, engineering orgs, or defense software.
• 3+ years in program management, project leadership, technical execution management, or CAM.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or software teams.
• Experience supporting DoD programs, government contracts, or mission-critical tech.
• Working knowledge of EVMS, program financials, cost forecasting, and schedule performance.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with experience presenting to customers/senior management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management activities translating customer mission objectives into roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans.
• Oversee program execution to meet contractual, technical, delivery milestones, and customer priorities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and cost/schedule performance within financial objectives.
• Identify/manage risks, issues, and opportunities; develop corrective actions for cost/schedule/tech performance.
• Lead Agile PI planning and execution with integrated objectives, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineers to align backlogs and resolve impediments.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple contractors and providers to achieve program objectives.
• Set execution priorities, manage cross-vendor dependencies, drive accountability for performance.
• Serve as primary program interface with government customers, reporting progress and delivery commitments.
• Lead customer engagements and program reviews to align priorities and facilitate decisions.
