Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator to support the ACE Project Office in Huntsville, AL. You will coordinate cross‑functional activities across PM ACE, PdM, and external partners to ensure interoperability and alignment with program plans.

The role requires 5+ years in DoD program management or systems integration, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead multi‑discipline teams while managing risk. A Secret clearance is required and US citizenship is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate technical, programmatic, and logistics activities across PM ACE and PdM to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Synchronize efforts with Government matrix support, contractor teams, and Service partners to define interoperability requirements and interfaces.
• Verify and validate system interfaces and integration points from technical, architectural, and logistics perspectives.
• Collect and analyze program data to assess schedule and technical performance, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Manage taskings and deliverables; prepare senior‑level briefings and reports; support IPTs and leadership with decision‑quality outputs.
