Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in production control, maintenance administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with maintenance management systems or automated tracking tools is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for depot customers and assist with pre-production planning.
• Develop and update production schedules; monitor funding and schedules.
• Create/modify production routes and bills of materials in the depot system.
• Notify depot organizations when maintenance program orders are ready.
• Reconcile data, correct labor hour charges, and support program closeouts.
• Assist in estimating man-hours and materials; study shop layouts and tool availability.
