Lyntris is seeking a Product Support Specialist focused on Configuration Management to organize schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate with engineering, logistics, and program management for DoD projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in CM, holds or can obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Configuration Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Windchill or Teamcenter is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Follow Configuration Management Plans and Implementation Strategy.
• Follow baseline control processes and define release readiness criteria.
• Perform Configuration Management activities ensuring configuration baselines and documentation remain current and accurate.
• Coordinate configuration change implementation among engineering, logistics, supply, and program management stakeholders.
• Maintain configuration status accounting and ensure approved changes are reflected in technical and logistics data.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
