Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Procurement (Material Estimator) to support proposal material costing for multiple projects in Anaheim, CA and other U.S. locations.

The role focuses on assembling comprehensive CBOMs, validating data, and coordinating with suppliers to meet proposal deadlines under tight budgets. Responsibilities include analyzing drawings and specs, leveraging quotes and historical data, and ensuring accuracy of material cost data.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with aerospace/defense experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related work; Graduate Degree with 4+ years; in lieu of a degree, 8+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate a Consolidated Bill of Materials (CBOM) tailored to each proposal.
• Use quotes, historical data and specifications to assemble item lists and lead times.
• Prepare and provide detailed CBOM reports to Pricing Department.
