Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; engineering degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in methods engineering, machining, welding, or related manufacturing disciplines.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment in an Engineering or CI role.
• Ability to analyze contracts, technical specifications, and engineering drawings for commercial and military products.
• Strong understanding of machining, welding, fixturing, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, design, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process development.
• Develop and approve technical documentation, including process validations and inspection methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk analyses, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
