Job summary

Serco Inc. in Florida seeks a Network Operations Analyst to support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). You will serve as the primary technical advisor for DMO network activities, coordinating with government and contractor teams to ensure operational readiness and modernization.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 5 years of network operations experience, plus current Security+ CE and Cisco CCNA

Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD DoW Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of network operations/engineering/enterprise communications experience.
• Current Security+ CE or DoD 8570/8140 compliance.
• Current Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• Experience with DoD network operations/infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate among government and contractor teams.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal advisor supporting AFSOC Distributed Mission Operations network activities.
• Provide network engineering expertise, operational analysis, and recommendations to government leadership.
• Collaborate with Government Network Manager, contractors, and partners to support network planning and readiness.
