Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced Network Engineer to support DMDC CyberPRIMES and DoD connectivity compliance across DHRA/DMD C. The role reviews network implementations, firewall requests, and PPSM registrations to ensure secure, compliant connectivity across DoD boundaries.

Requirements include a U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret clearance, with 4+ years in network engineering and strong documentation and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• BS and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing and planning network systems.
• Experience reviewing and implementing firewall, port, protocol, service, and network-boundary requirements.
• Experience translating connectivity requirements into network design and implementation requirements.
• U.S. Citizenship required and Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support external network-connectivity compliance and PPSM registration/approval processes.
• Review network implementations for compliance with DoD connectivity and cybersecurity requirements.
• Review firewall requests and evaluate ports, protocols, services, and paths.
• Prepare, review, submit, and track PPSM requests for registration and implementation.
• Validate PPSM requests for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of PPSM registrations and support auditing.
