X Technologies, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Program Manager to lead production, financial planning, coordination, and business development for our manufacturing operations.

This role is critical to delivering complex programs while driving growth through new business. You will manage cost, schedule, and performance for multiple build-to-print jobs, develop budgets and forecasts, oversee integrated master schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of program management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with build-to-print or contract manufacturing programs.
• Proven track record with defense prime contractors or aerospace customers.
• Business development and new customer acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and delivery performance for multiple concurrent build-to-print manufacturing jobs.
• Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor program profitability and implement corrective actions to maintain margins.
• Create and manage integrated master schedules across functions.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct regular program reviews with stakeholders and customers.
• Mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Manage change orders and contract modifications.
