Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, recommend, and troubleshoot tooling, equipment, and processes to launch new products successfully and implement cost savings and process improvements.

You will design tooling and fixtures, support quoting, manage tooling projects, and maintain inspection drawings with AutoCAD/Inventor, while ensuring product quality through robust processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2-year technical/engineering degree; BS in Engineering preferred (experience can substitute).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/tooling.
• Experience in Tool & Die maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work to be cost estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research, applying knowledge of product design, fabrications, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with vendors; observations from operators.
