This role, contingent on contract award, will involve managing logistics activities, synchronizing schedules, and coordinating supply management efforts. Ideal candidates will have an active Secret Clearance, a degree or significant logistics experience, and a strong background in Army supply operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the preparedness of training events within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing meaningfully to federal missions.
Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 10 years of logistics experience necessary.
At least 4 years of Army supply/logistics experience is essential.
Experience with military property and supply management systems, policies, and procedures is required.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule all LVC-G activities for each MTC under MCTSP.
Synchronize the national training schedule.
Coordinate region-to-region and surge support to ensure training events are properly resourced.
Plan and provide training reports and products to the MTC Staff.
Maintain the MTC Long Range Training Calendar and coordinate with MTC leadership.
Act as a key leader in the absence of the SM and coordinate with senior operations staff.
