Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Manager to support our program at Fort Chaffee, AR. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award. The successful candidate will manage MTC Operations and Training, ensure effective scheduling and supervision of contractor support.

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of five years in military training operations, experience with MTC, and possess an active Secret Clearance. This role offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive suite of health and professional development benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred to have graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or equivalent level military schooling.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with military training and training support operations.
• Five (5) years of operations management experience.
• Three (3) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, with military simulations.
• Robust understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and MTC operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage MTC Operations and Training on-site during standard operating hours.
• Manage and supervise contractor support of day-to-day MTC operations and training.
• Schedule and coordinate MTC resources and the training request process; track MTC tasks.
