Job summary

Northrop Grumman Advanced Weapons seeks a Logistics Management Analyst 3 to optimize the defense supply chain for the Northridge, CA area. The role requires on-site work and a Secret clearance, with responsibilities spanning provisioning, asset tracking, and regulatory compliance.

The position entails collaboration with engineering, procurement, and government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field with 5+ years logistics experience; MS degree requires 3 years; 9 years in lieu of degree.
• Hands-on experience with DoD logistics databases or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Asset & property accountability and lifecycle tracking of government property.
• Conduct inventory, distribution, and network studies to optimize delivery.
• Generate daily performance metrics and dashboards from military data.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DoD instructions, and shipping guidelines.
• Draft FLIPL packets for missing/damaged equipment.
• Coordinate with external units, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
