Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst 3 in Northridge, CA to optimize defense supply chains and ensure compliance with federal regulations. The role is full-time and on-site with no remote work.

You will analyze provisioning, track assets, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent with 5+ years of logistics experience; 3 years with MS; 9 years in lieu of a degree.
• Hands-on experience with DoD logistics and accounting databases or ERP networks.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience generating and processing standard military documentation (e.g., DD1149, DD1348, DD250).

Responsibilities

• Asset & Property Accountability: manage APSR for lifecycle tracking and disposition.
• Supply Chain Analysis: identify bottlenecks and develop cost-effective delivery strategies.
• Data & Reporting: generate daily performance metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Regulatory Compliance: adhere to FAR, DoD instructions, and international shipping guidelines.
• Investigation & Documentation: draft FLIPL packets for missing/damaged property.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: act as logistics contact for military units and vendors.
