Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.
• Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component; evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.
• Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices for performance-based logistics, procurement procedures, and related areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, clearly and concisely, and maintain good working relations.
• Ability to lead and manage groups to resolve difficult problems and deploy lean concepts in resolution.
• Skill in interpreting and applying complex DoD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations and procedures.
