Wilson Elser in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated paralegal to support defense litigation through meticulous case preparation, discovery, and document management in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires collaboration with attorneys to ensure timely and precise handling of case materials.

You will draft subpoenas, organize records, summarize medical charts, and assist with depositions while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Insurance defense experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to integrate into a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received.

Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in case preparation by assisting with discovery and document management.
• Maintain organized case files and structured discovery records.
• Analyze and summarize medical records and treatment chronologies for case insights.
• Support attorneys in depositions and discovery with transcript summaries and document management.
• Review, analyze, and organize files from opposing parties and co-defendants.
• Prepare and organize materials for expert witnesses.
