Qualifications

• Defense litigation experience or interest in defense practice.
• Active California Bar license required; post-bar candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Defense litigation
• Trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview and witness preparation
• Research into complex litigation areas
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
