Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in St. Louis, MO seeks a licensed Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our civil defense and insurance coverage litigation team.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri (bar in good standing).
• Illinois license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing insurance, personal injury, premises, and transportation litigation files.
• Defend case files from inception through trial, including depositions, drafting motions, and attending court hearings.
• Prepare detailed status and trial strategy reports for clients.
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, such as drafting and responding to interrogatories, production requests, and requests to admit.
