Job summary

Atlas Advisors in Washington, DC is seeking qualified language instructors to provide foreign language education to the US military. Instructors will train at the Defense Language Institute and various locations in the Nation's Capital Region.

Ideal candidates are native speakers of Eastern European languages, hold a Baccalaureate degree, and have significant experience in teaching adults using effective training methods. Competitive compensation, housing, and transportation may be provided.

Qualifications

• At least two years of successful relevant experience in teaching adults.
• Experience writing and executing weekly lesson plans.
• Teaching the target language in an intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally based foreign language education to the US military.
• Support training activities at MTT locations and DLI.

Skills

Proficient in English

Native Speaker in Target Language

Experience in intensive training
