Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's CUI network.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco equipment.
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls.
• Support Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Active Directory and group policies.
• Respond to urgent network incidents and support after-hours.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity.
