Job summary

TCS is seeking a Mid level Network Engineer to support a cutting-edge DoD project in Huntsville, Alabama. US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are required; on-site work at a Defense facility is essential.

Responsibilities include configuring Cisco networks, Linux (RHEL), VMware ESXi/vCenter, and Palo Alto firewalls with emphasis on LAN/WAN management and cybersecurity. DoD 8140 certification is a plus for applicants.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8140 certification preferred.
• On-site work at Huntsville, AL facility; telework not available.
• Experience with DoD contracts and defense networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead a cutting-edge DoD project based in Huntsville, AL.
• Maintain and configure Cisco networks (LAN/WAN) and related security devices.
• Administer Linux (RHEL) systems and VMware ESXi/vCenter environments.
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls and network security controls.
