Job summary
By Light Professional IT Services LLC seeks personnel to support Regional Network Enterprise Center and other Virginia bases with classified and unclassified communication systems.
Responsibilities include site management, O&M for UC, ISP/OSP, cable, network support, cybersecurity, land mobile radio, and configuration management. Must have Associate's degree or higher, 1+ year ISP/OSP experience, Secret clearance, and fluent English.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher required.
- Minimum one year ISP/OSP cable experience.
- Secret security clearance required; able to obtain.
- Fluent in English, with technical terminology knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Support customer telephone requirements and service requests.
- Maintain network cabling infrastructure, equipment, and servers.
- Process moves, adds, and changes via the TMS.
- Inspect and maintain cable locations and documentation.
- Install and test fiber, copper, and coax cables.
- Provide O&M support for NETMOD/I3MP modernization programs.
- Assist engineering design reviews and Change Control Board meetings.
- Operate and maintain special telecom equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with EIA/TIA and UFC standards.
