Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a PHS&T and Inventory Management Specialist to support NSWC Crane Expeditionary Electromagnetic Warfare Division.

The role handles packaging, handling, storage, and transportation, inventory accountability, and material movement for government assets in division programs and field activities. The position requires in-person support, a bachelor’s degree, and 0–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–3 years related experience.
• Ability to learn and perform receiving, storing, staging, issuing, shipping, and tracking of equipment in an accountable environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reconcile physical inventory against electronic records or databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and inventory or logistics information systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and accountability records for Government and program equipment, components, supplies, and support material.
• Perform receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, issue, staging, kitting, shipment, and return-to-stock activities.
• Execute PHS&T activities to protect assets during storage and transportation.
• Maintain asset information including part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, condition, location, custody, and movement history.
• Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy research with corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, transfer, inventory, and material-movement documentation.
