Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, or program management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for multi-vendor programs.
• Strong analytical skills including critical path and schedule risk analysis.
• Ability to communicate schedule status and risks to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain program schedules for milestones and vendor deliverables.
• Integrate lower-tier schedules into a single networked IMS with traceability.
• Forecast production shortfalls and quantify schedule impact.
• Identify defense milestones and review readiness in IMS.
• Perform critical path, driving path, and schedule risk analysis.
• Conduct schedule health assessments and drive remediation.
• Prepare briefings and dashboards for program leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing/contracts, logistics, and PM.
• Maintain schedule baseline configuration and approve changes.
