Job summary

Dexis Professional Services is seeking a Contract Program Manager to oversee the DIU task order, manage a large, multi-disciplinary team, and ensure delivery of IT, security, and program management support. The role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and will be based in Mountain View, CA, with travel to other DIU sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• At least five years of program management experience within the last ten years on large staffing efforts or projects for the DoW.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing schedules, tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and supporting senior government stakeholders, preferably at DIU.
• Experience supporting DIU enterprise support functions and organizational operations.
• Experience implementing and utilizing program management tools and software solutions.
• PMI Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Exceptional client relationship management and executive communication skills.

• Manage relationships with the client.
• Lead a large, geographically dispersed multidisciplinary team, ensuring collaboration and clear internal communication.
• Ensure deliverables meet government needs and expectations.

• Lead quality assurance and technical excellence of work on the contract and team.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, performance, technical, and financial risks.
• Conduct cost monitoring and variance analysis.
