Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage proposals and contracts, and coordinate with engineering and operations to ensure on-time delivery and mission-ready solutions. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience managing projects as a Program Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with senior management.
• Knowledge of GPS/GNSS receivers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware sales to meet annual product line goals.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for defense contracts.
• Lead proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee program reviews and issue resolution.
• Identify capability gaps and drive development of hardware solutions.
• Guide the hardware product roadmap from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality and timely delivery.
