Guidehouse is seeking a Front Office Action Officer to provide on-site operational and project management support for a DARPA client. You will manage office actions, develop briefings with SMEs, and coordinate engagement across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance, 3+ years in program support, and 2+ years with a U.S. Government client. Travel up to 10% may be required; DoD or federally funded R&D experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Top Secret clearance.
• Three or more years of experience in project/program support, task coordination, action coordination, administrative operations.
• Two or more years of experience supporting a U.S. Government client.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational and project management support for the DARPA client.
• Track office actions and deliverables; manage program development processes and leadership calendars.
