Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking professionals to join our Financial Management Transformation team in Defense and National Security projects. You will help modernize financial processes, implement Power Platform tools, and build dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

You will interact with senior management, contribute to change management, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance measurement across federal programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust; adjudication required before onboarding
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or related field
• Two (2) years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting
• Experience with low-code and no-code platforms including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau
• Heightened attention to detail and ability to produce technical and non-technical documentation and graphics
• Experience leading client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience applying project management best practices
• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and recommending improvements

Responsibilities

• Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions to stakeholders
• Create performance metrics and interactive dashboards using Power Platform, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Identify and implement process improvements across financial tools and templates
• Assess current processes, coordinate with stakeholders for current-state assessments, and propose future-state solutions
• Support development of project plans and ensure timelines are realistic and followed
• Coordinate with team members to embed financial management standards into solutions
• Develop financial automation, data analytics, visualization, and AI capabilities for use cases
