Job Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage disputes, whistleblowing, and wrongful termination cases.
• Conduct investigations into employment law violations.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Take and defend depositions, interview witnesses, gather evidence.
• Develop litigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Provide legal advice on employment law issues.
• Stay updated on employment law developments and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant state.
• At least 5 years of experience as a plaintiff employment attorney.
• Experience with depositions, civil litigation, and employment law cases.
• Proven success in representing plaintiffs.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High ethical standards.
