Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a data analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights for client-facing engagements on the National Security team. You will transform structured and unstructured data, provide interpretation, and advise on decisions to drive impact.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, communicating findings, and shaping data-driven recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1+ year of experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau.
Experience identifying, collecting, and transforming data.
Knowledge of quantitative data analysis, performance measures, data cleansing, metrics analysis.
Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Use data analytics to support client and stakeholder relationships.
Research, develop, and test data methodologies, and analyze large data sets.
Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across organizations.
Translate data findings for different audiences and simplify technical requirements.
Create data visualizations via graphs, tables, PowerPoint, and dashboards.
Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Grow communication and technical skills through data-centric solutions.
