Formación

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience advising defense contractors or government agencies.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel across the lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts and related agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate prime contracts, subcontracts, and other government-facing documents.
• Advise on FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and flow-down requirements.
