Digital Consultants LLC seeks a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to support the DCMA Blue List Program at Fort Lee in Richmond, VA. You will lead contractor personnel, oversee scheduling, risk, and performance reporting, and coordinate with Government stakeholders to deliver contract requirements.

The role requires deep program management experience, DoD/Federal background, security clearance readiness, and strong communication with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems Engineering, or related operational field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced program oversight.
• PMP or PMI-SP certifications preferred for project scheduling excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single Contractor point of contact for contract performance and commit resources.
• Oversee day-to-day contractor operations to meet program objectives.
• Liaise between Government stakeholders and Contractor personnel.
• Provide administrative and technical oversight to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary staff across IT, cybersecurity, analysis, and affairs.
• Maintain records of labor hours and submit monthly labor reports for verification.
• Develop and manage a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with milestones.
• Apply CPM analysis to identify risks and communicate schedule impacts.
• Monitor contractor performance and proactively address risks and issues.
• Attend program management meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and track contract deliverables and action items.
