Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to lead CM governance across defense programs, chair TRBs/CCBs, and manage end-to-end change workflows. The role involves developing CMP annexes, auditing CI baselines, and coordinating with Systems, HPC, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure government-ready deliverables.

Qualification includes 3–6+ years CM experience with an Associate’s Degree or 10+ years CM experience, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and hands-on use of CMPRO,

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of specialized Configuration Management experience with an Associate’s Degree, OR 10+ years CM experience.

Responsibilities

• Chair and moderate Technical Review Boards (TRBs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Manage end-to-end change workflows and publish board minutes.
• Develop CMP Annex and finalize Configuration Item (CI) lists for government sign-off.
• Lead data and tool governance including CMPRO baselines and data transfers.
