Job summary

Talentify, based at Fort Bragg, NC, seeks a Budget Analyst for the Joint Activities. You will execute budget processes, ensure proper appropriation of funds, and provide technical budget guidance to HQs, directorates, and program managers.

Requirements include DoD FM Certification Level 2, eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance with access, and a one-year probationary period. Drug testing and potential TDY travel up to 30 days CONUS and 15% OCONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Certification under the DoD FM Certification Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Executes budget processes for approved annual funding programs.
• Provides technical advice and guidance to HQs Directorates and Budget Analysts and Program Managers.
• Analyzes program/budget guidance to determine impact on Commands operations.
• Analyzes data for practicality/consistency of estimates and compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
• Develops local budget policy, procedures, and schedules for budget submissions, obligations, and expenditure plans.
