Qualifications

• Requires JD from an accredited law school.
• Missouri Bar licensure is mandatory; Illinois licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with clients to keep them informed of developments in their case.
• Prepares legal documents including discovery documents, motions, pleadings and briefs.
• Gathers evidence, conducts research, interviews clients and witnesses, and develops strategy and testimony.
• Attends and assists at trials.
• Researches legal issues and prepares memoranda.
• Plans and prepares for trial phases including witness examination and jury instructions.
• Prepares witnesses for deposition or trial.

Education

Juris Doctorate

Missouri Bar License

Illinois Bar License (preferred)
