Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Defense Attorney on a Partner Track to build your practice in New Mexico, with options for Albuquerque office, remote within NM, or hybrid arrangements. This role offers a clear path to partnership and a chance to lead a litigation-focused book across auto, general liability, and professional lines.

You will manage cases through all phases, take and defend depositions, handle motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials, while advising clients and reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Practice areas spanning Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise and Products Liability, First Party and PIP.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Motion practice and discovery.
